Loader forklift diesel engine suddenly shut down the main reasons are:

(1) failure of the fuel supply system caused a sudden shutdown. This downtime is due to diesel engine oil supply into the air or oil interruption caused. Diesel engine suddenly stopped before the speed fluctuated, the work is not warm. The cause of the oil supply interruption is:

A. Diesel fuel shortage, should add enough fuel;

B. Oil seal is not strict. When this failure occurs, you can use the method of deflating the fuel system after stopping. If the pump oil by hand pump, in the release of a large number of foam bubbles at the bubble, then oil and oil due to downtime. Care should be taken to check the sealing of the low pressure circuit.

C. Fuel pump camshaft broken or rolling key, connecting plate fracture, should repair fuel injection pump.

(2) crankshaft lock caused a sudden shutdown

After the shutdown, observe the water temperature is abnormal, oil pan is water (oil is emulsified). If the check is normal, you should turn the diesel crankshaft, if you feel the rotation is difficult or can not turn, you can determine the burning bearing or burning brakes after the lock crankshaft.

After the failure of the burned bearing, should find out the reasons, cleaning the oil, grinding crankshaft, replace the bearing and a small number of parts (connecting rod, etc.) before assembly test machine.
